Coach to Launch is built up such that as a coach or parent you are offered some new insights into the evolving world of work and education first, followed by a coaching skills bootcamp, and more.

Along the way you will find the right time to start working with your young adult or coachee and help them get ready and take ownership. We advice you to do this not before having completed the section 'Coaching Skills Bootcamp'.

We developed the Career Story Board as a simple checklist for your coachee to make notes of their career discovery and planning. Please download it and send it to your young adult or coachee after you have had your first meeting.
